📍 Type: Full-Time (Working hours are flexible, with a minimum commitment of 35 hours per week.)

📍 Language: MUST have fluent English skills

📍 Compensation: Compensation will be performance-based, with a base salary plus uncapped bonus. The base starts at $2,000.

About Your Role

We’re looking for someone who’s a great conversationalist - someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with others and learning what makes them tick.

You’ll be having 1-on-1, 60-minute conversations with career coaches to understand their business and their goals. These are not high-pressure sales calls. Instead, they’re discovery calls where you’ll explore their story, their business, and what they’re working toward.

If they’re a strong fit, you’ll book them in for a complimentary follow-up coaching call.

If they’re not ready yet or a good fit, you’ll still leave them better off - with thoughtful recommendations and free resources.

What You Will Do

1. Host engaging discovery calls 

2. Get to know career coaches - their story, goals, and challenges

3. Identify if they’re a good fit for our programs 

4. Update the CRM on a daily basis to ensure that nothing falls through the cracks

5. Follow up with helpful, personalized resources if they’re not a fit (yet)

6. Represent Purple Circle with warmth, clarity, and curiosity

5. You can work remotely as long as the time zone lines up where you can have at least four hours overlap with US mornings.

6. You’re organized and follow through on what you say you’ll do.
