All program materials and sessions are delivered digitally, and no physical goods are shipped. Customers will receive instructions and access to the program materials via email.
Since Purple Circle offers consulting, information, coaching, and advice services, which are intangible goods, there is no return policy applicable to the services provided. All services rendered are final and non-returnable.
Customers can cancel their subscriptions under the following conditions:
For cancellations due to a material breach by Purple Circle, customers must provide written notice of the breach and allow Purple Circle 30 days to cure the breach. If the breach is not cured within this period, the customer can terminate the Agreement and cancel the subscription.
