Purple Circle Fulfillment Policy

At Purple Circle, we are committed to providing a transparent and fair fulfillment policy to ensure clarity and build trust with our customers. Below are the details of our Refund, Delivery, Return, and Cancellation policies based on our Purple Circle Program Agreement.

Refund Policy

Customers are eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

  • If the Customer decides to terminate the Order Form without cause on the three-month anniversary of the Effective Date of the Order Form, they must provide five days' prior written notice to Purple Circle. In this case, any fees paid in advance for services not yet rendered will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.
  • If Purple Circle materially breaches the Agreement and fails to cure such breach within 30 days after notice from the Customer, the Customer may terminate the Agreement and receive a refund for any fees paid in advance for services not yet rendered.

Please note that refunds will not be provided for any services already rendered or for any third-party expenses incurred by Purple Circle.

Delivery Policy

The Purple Circle Program is delivered through various online formats, including:

  • An onboarding call and setup after the agreement is signed.
  • Periodic check-in 1-on-1 calls to ensure the Customer is making progress.
  • Periodic group calls, which are optional to attend.

All program materials and sessions are delivered digitally, and no physical goods are shipped. Customers will receive instructions and access to the program materials via email.

Return Policy

Since Purple Circle offers consulting, information, coaching, and advice services, which are intangible goods, there is no return policy applicable to the services provided. All services rendered are final and non-returnable.

Cancellation Policy

Customers can cancel their subscriptions under the following conditions:

  • Customers may terminate the Order Form without cause on the three-month anniversary of the Effective Date of the Order Form by providing five days' prior written notice to Purple Circle. In this case, the Order Form will not continue for the remainder of the Subscription Period.
  • After the initial three-month period, the Order Form will continue for the duration of its Subscription Period. Customers can cancel automatic renewals by providing 15 days' written notice before any such anniversary date that the Order Form will not renew.

For cancellations due to a material breach by Purple Circle, customers must provide written notice of the breach and allow Purple Circle 30 days to cure the breach. If the breach is not cured within this period, the customer can terminate the Agreement and cancel the subscription.
