No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with third parties.

Most web browsers include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature. No uniform standard for recognizing DNT signals has been finalized, so we do not currently respond to them. We retain the collected personal information (Categories A–D) for as long as the user has an account with us. We have not sold or shared personal information to third parties for a business or commercial purpose in the preceding twelve (12) months, and we will not sell or share personal information belonging to website visitors, users, and other consumers.
Your rights. Depending on your state, you may have the right to know whether we are processing your personal data; to access, correct, or delete it; to obtain a copy; to non-discrimination for exercising your rights; and to opt out of targeted advertising, the sale of personal data, or certain profiling. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) opt-out signals.

If you opt in, you will receive recurring automated text messages from Purple Circle (service notifications, daily briefings, and meeting prep). Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except the providers that deliver the messages you requested.
